I thought I’d take some time today to introduce you guys to Jambo – the monkey god of ancient times.
If you’ve been following the progress of Dare the Monkey then you’ve no doubt seen the monolithic statues that mark the end of each level. I realised the other night that I hadn’t actually stopped to think of a name for the deity that looks after Dare and his tribe. So after a quick conversation with my bro we came up with the name Jambo. What do you guys think? Personally I’m pretty happy with it.
The screenshot I’ve shared with you guys is from the game’s Lava world. You can see the warmth from the hot molten lava baked into the bottom section of the stone head of Jambo. I think it looks pretty neat! Hope you agree.
